Jeff Shetler, P.E.
Owner and founder of the company and head engineer, Jeff has over 30 years of experience. He has design experience in road geometrics, pavements, grading and drainage, earthwork, site utilities, site planning, storm water management, erosion controls and aviation
Sadie Kramer, CAD Technician
Since 2022, Sadie has been the primary CAD technician for SES. She has extensive training in AutoCAD Civil3D and experience in site planning, site grading, storm water management, sanitary sewage system design, soil and erosion control design, preparation of construction plans, and site compliance.
